JOB SUMMARY:
The Driver is responsible for supplying transportation services to students and performing general maintenance duties throughout the year.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
2. Transport students by bus and automobile to various training sites, medical centers, recreational activities, courts, etc.
3. Transports equipment and/or commodities to the center.
4. Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
5. Maintains accurate and complete trip reports of each use of any vehicle.
6. Ensures all vehicles are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
7. Attends required staff training sessions.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum - Must possess valid State driver's license and Class B commercial driver's license, with passenger and air brake endorsements, as well as be certified to drive large buses, up to 44 passengers. Must maintain the CDL and certifications required. High School or GED required. Ability to fluently read and write English. Model company Core Values
Preferred - Six months work related experience preferred.
Knowledge Required - Ability and agreement to become CPR/First Aid and AED Certified, and maintain those certifications. Ability to operate power tools.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
